Job summary

Life.Church seeks a NextGen Content Developer to create and edit curriculum and digital resources for the Youth and NextGen ministries. You will develop teaching outlines, plan semester content, and produce promotional elements for campuses, while partnering with central teams to align with Switch and NextGen priorities.

Collaborate with graphic designers, producers, and ministry staff to ensure consistency across assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop curriculum content for Youth and NextGen audiences.
• Write Bible plans and digital content for target audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, producers, and ministry teams to ensure cohesion.
• Support content directors with various development needs.
