Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production or scenic design experience for video, film, live events, or ministry contexts.
• Ability to design, build, source, and dress sets and props for on-camera environments.
• Working knowledge of video production workflows, pre-production, shoots, and team collaboration.
• Experience coordinating service flow, programming, or visual environments aligned with ministry goals.
• Strong project management, organization, and timeline supervision.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com/Monday Work Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative platforms (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, Slack).
• Knowledge of ProPresenter or Planning Center, or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to recruit, mobilize, and empower volunteers and on-screen talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Alignment with CCV’s mission and passion for NextGen stories that help people encounter God.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full video production process from pre-production to on-time delivery.
• Design, source, and build sets and props to create visually engaging environments.
• Collaborate with filmmakers, ministry staff, and production teams to align creative vision.
• Lead scenic and prop planning, budgeting, fabrication, transport, setup and strike.
• Develop best practices for video production, set design, and prop usage.
• Project manage timelines and milestones, identifying risks and ensuring accountability.
• Improve workflows and strengthen collaboration across teams.
• Schedule planning meetings, shoots, and manage gear, locations, and personnel.
• Coordinate volunteers and contractors, including procurement and invoicing needs.
