Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Next.js Lead Developer in San Ramon, CA to design, develop, and deliver high-performance web applications. You will lead frontend efforts, mentor developers, and ensure code quality and scalable architecture.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and own end-to-end frontend solutions, including SSR/SSG, performance optimization, and integration with APIs and headless CMS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in frontend development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js and React.
• Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and API routes.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Next.js Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-performance web applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in modern frontend technologies, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for building scalable applications, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices in code quality, performance, and architecture.
