Job description

Principle Function

The Next Generation Director fulfills the mission by providing spiritual, ministerial, relational, and administrative leadership to all aspects of the Next Generation ministries (birth through college). This position plays a vital roll in the equipping of parents/families in their discipleship efforts. This position also plays a vital roll in the evangelizing, discipling, and equipping of youth in their walk of faith. Next to the Pastor, the Next Generation Director is the primary communicator and leader in the church for all who fall in the category of birth through college.
