Job summary

Georgia Institute of Technology’s School of Architecture invites applications for three Ventulett NEXT Generation Visiting Fellowship positions, a two-year, full-time, non-tenure-track appointment requiring residency in Atlanta. Begin Fall 2027 with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2027, and a review after the first year.

The Fellows will advance research in urbanism, ecology, and representation; lead courses in Urban Form, Climate Change + Design, and Media + Modeling; and contribute to

Qualifications

• Terminal degree of Master of Architecture or higher.
• Doctoral degree preferred.
• Professional licensure desired but not required.
• Two+ years of teaching experience in design studios preferred.
• Ability to integrate technology and critical thinking into architectural design.

Responsibilities

• Teach History of Urban Form and/or Theories of Urban Design.
• Contribute to studio teaching in Architecture and Urban Design programs.
• Possibly teach a seminar/workshop in Spring to advance directed research.
• Collaborate with faculty on interdisciplinary projects and public exhibitions.
