Job summary

Grace Church in Indianola, IA is seeking a Next Gen Pastor to provide vision, oversight, and direction for the family ministry (infant through high school). You will build relationships, develop leaders, and equip volunteers to disciple families in Christ.

The role partners with parents, implements a cohesive curriculum, and leads ongoing student activities while modeling a healthy work/rest rhythm and a growing personal faith in line with EFCA.

Qualifications

• Has regularly served in children, youth, or family ministry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong in prayer and personal faith.

Responsibilities

• Pray for Grace Church students and families.
• Lead children, youth, and families toward discipleship.
• Provide welcoming ministry to churched and unchurched families.
• Equip volunteers and develop leaders.
• Oversee weekly student activities.
