Job summary

Legacy Bible Church in Denison, Texas seeks a Next Gen Pastor to oversee the discipleship process for the Next Gen ministry and align the team with the church’s mission and values.

The role leads Kids, Student, and Young Adult ministries, mentors team leaders, develops lasting discipleship pathways, and manages budgets to support outreach and education within a gospel-centered vision.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Next Gen ministry (youth, preteen, kids).
• Seminary degree preferred.
• Church ministry experience and doctrinal alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, manage, and mentor the Next Gen ministry staff and volunteers.
• Develop a long-term discipleship pathway and educational ministry aligned with the church's vision.
• Create and manage operational budgets for the Next Gen Ministry.
• Provide leadership to staff and volunteers through clear vision and goals.
• Develop disciple-making strategies for the next generation.
