Job summary

Landor, a WPP company, is seeking a Design Intern to help develop thoughtful design solutions that bring client briefs and brand ideas to life. You will work with our team to craft brand‑driven designs across digital, print and experiential projects, applying strong conceptual thinking and brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with peers and partner teams, maintain consistency across projects, and use design processes to meet timelines while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have participated in the 2026 Next Gen Programme.
• Creative and collaborative mindset for a Design Intern role.
• Interest in brand design and working with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to apply design thinking to client briefs and brand ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design solutions that support client briefs and project goals.
• Bring fresh brand, design and trend ideas to the team.
• Collaborate with peers, design colleagues and partner teams to maintain consistency across projects.
• Consider integrated solutions and target audiences, creating work for channels such as digital, print and experiences.
• Work independently and as part of a team, contributing to design critiques.
• Use design processes and best practices to meet project deliverables and timelines.
• Apply strong conceptual thinking to develop innovative design ideas.
• Incorporate brand messaging, colour, imagery, typography and composition into design deliverables.
• Communicate with colleagues and clients in a positive, professional and motivating manner.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and speed while maintaining high‑quality work.
