Job summary

The Walt Disney Company's WABC-TV internship program in New York offers hands-on newsroom experience. You will learn and contribute to non-linear video editing, photography, and journalism across multiple platforms.

Applicants must be enrolled as undergraduate juniors or seniors, 18+ with work authorization, and have a portfolio linking to your ongoing work. A 24-hour weekly schedule may apply, with some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree and taking at least one class.
• Current Disney Interns/College Programs: may only work one consecutive year (12 months).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have unrestricted work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in newsroom activities to gain hands-on experience.
• Assist with non-linear video editing for news content.
• Support coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
