Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in software engineering or technical operations with shipped internal tooling or automation systems.
• Solid Python proficiency for scripting, automation, or backend services.
• Experience designing and optimizing both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with React and related frontend technologies.
• Ability to analyze data and build data-driven solutions.
• Interest in applying AI to enhance tooling and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tools and automation systems for operational workflows.
• Serve as a technical resource for publishers, assisting integration with the platform.
• Collaborate across teams to ship features and improve tooling with AI-assisted development practices.
• Provide guidance on platform capabilities and troubleshoot publisher integration issues.
