Job summary

Qualifications

• :5+ years of professional software engineering experience across the full software lifecycle; ownership of features from design to production.
• Experience building scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Java and at least one of Kotlin/Go/Python; cloud-native apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable backend services, internal platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-powered apps.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions for complex problems.
• Partner with teams to apply AI to improve developer productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Participate in architecture discussions and balance long-term strategy with delivery.
• Prototype and productize AI capabilities and intelligent workflows.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and improve engineering quality.
• Monitor production systems and drive reliability and performance improvements.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices across teams.
