Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Photographer/Camera Operator
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Editor
• Experience managing live transmissions via LiveU, satellite trucks or local microwave
• Proficiency with Avid 6.0 Media Composer and Mac OS
• Proficiency with Sony HD series cameras
• Strong lighting and shot composition skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit all elements of news stories for daily network broadcasts
• Visualize stories with reporters and producers using HD lighting and cameras
• Collaborate with producers and reporters for series and long-form content
• Assist in pre and post production processes
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Support Sr. Director News Operations & Production and other tasks as assigned
