Join to apply for the News Photographer role at Sinclair Inc.

WZTV/WUXP/WNAB is seeking a creative full-time News Photographer! We want someone who can see beyond the lens and deliver compelling stories. Candidates should have at least 2 years of ENG experience with a network affiliate news organization. Responsibilities include covering daily news, in-depth features, and investigative assignments. We shoot in full high definition (HD) on media cards and edit on desktops and laptops. Strong editing skills in non-linear systems, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for storytelling are essential. Ability to move the camera during live shots is required. Morning or weekend shifts may be necessary depending on skill set.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of shooting experience with technical knowledge of video editing and photo equipment
• Ability to produce quality stories under tight deadlines as a team player
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to operate ENG news vehicles
• Capability to shoot and edit general assignment stories, live shots, and natural sound packages
• Ability to lift and carry between 25 and 50 pounds regularly
