Job summary

Newmark is seeking an Intern who will contribute from day one by applying analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management and leadership skills in real estate. You will be placed in the thick of the action, working side-by-side with industry professionals on data gathering, analysis, industry research, client interviews, presentations and meetings.

This role offers exposure to a variety of business issues and real-world tools, with an emphasis on confidentiality of client

• Currently studying for a bachelor’s or post graduate degree with Real Estate / MIS / Accounting / Business focus.
• Solid team player who is independent thinker.
• Robust analytical skill set, an endless curiosity and a penchant for thinking the impossible.

• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

Job description

As an Intern, your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management and leadership skills will be called upon from day one. You will be placed in the thick of the action as you work side-by-side with some of the best in the business. Every day is different, but our Interns are commonly responsible for data gathering and analysis, industry research, interviewing key clients, working on presentations and attending client meetings. In this role you are exposed to a variety of business issues and the real-world tools used to solve them. Client confidentiality means that we cannot share our clients' names, but if you are passionate about Real Estate, the chances are good that you know our clients.
