Join KW Everett as a newly licensed real estate agent with comprehensive training and support. You’ll receive one‑on‑one guidance from experienced agents and industry‑recognized training programs to launch your career.

Base Pay Range

$60,000 – $118,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Work with senior sales agents to guide clients to homes.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of agents and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours of prospecting per week.
• Have a valid Washington real‑estate license or be willing to obtain one.

Qualifications
