Job summary

WelcomeNewborn is seeking a passionate newborn photographer to join our partnered hospital team. This part-time role includes weekday and weekend shifts starting at 9am, with 3 full weekends required.

Base pay is $15 per hour with commission potential that can raise earnings to $20–$30 per hour. You will capture, edit, and sell sessions, delivering memories to families quickly and beautifully while engaging parents in a warm, friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Newborn photography expertise with safe posing and artistic flair.
• Excellent customer service to put families at ease.
• Work efficiently in a hospital setting while remaining warm and friendly.
• Strong teamwork to coordinate with hospital staff and fellow photographers.
• Sales and communication skills to guide families through package options.
• Bonus for bilingual ability in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Capture memories of newborns and families in hospital settings.
• Edit, present, and sell sessions to families, ensuring timely delivery of photos.
