Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Excellence
  • Maintain effective, empathetic communication with medical professionals and new parents
  • Handle urgent inquiries with compassion and professionalism
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
Operational Excellence
  • Accurately process bili blanket and breast pump orders via phone, email, and fax
  • Perform Medicaid and insurance billing for breast pump orders and DME services
  • Coordinate timely deliveries and troubleshoot issues with families and providers
  • Monitor nationwide delivery schedules and manage courier coordination
Inventory & Equipment Management
  • Clean and perform efficiency checks on all returned medical equipment
  • Generate shipping labels, track shipments, and maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Oversee inventory across multiple courier locations nationwide
Lactation Services Scheduling
  • Schedule in-person and virtual lactation consultations for our RN, IBCLC team
  • Coordinate appointments based on patient needs, provider availability, and urgency
  • Maintain organized systems and facilitate clear communication between families and consultants
Marketing & Outreach
  • Assist in maintaining an engaging and consistent social media presence
  • Create milestone posts and announcements to connect with our community
  • Conduct outreach to pediatric practices and compile mailing lists for targeted engagement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in operations, healthcare administration, or customer service
  • High attention to detail—mistakes can directly impact newborn health outcomes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, pack, and move boxes as needed
  • Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus in our diverse client environment
  • Prior experience in healthcare or medical equipment management is a plus
  • Prior experience as a Certified Lactation Educator (CLE), Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) is a plus. Role includes mentorship and preceptor hours with our current IBCLC, Katie Halverstadt
Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling
  • Must be available for at least one weekend shift per week to support our 365-day, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. operation
  • Salary Range : $50,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Includes 26 days of paid time off (PTO) per year
