A loving family in Pasadena, CA (91107) is seeking a patient and nurturing Newborn Care Specialist to provide overnight support as they welcome their baby on February 1st, 2027.

Schedule: 8 hours a night (10pm to 6am), 5 nights a week, for 12 weeks – beginning day of birth. The family is looking to gradually decrease the schedule the last 4 weeks of care.

The ideal candidate is calm, quiet, and caring, with experience providing essential newborn care and a nurturing approach to supporting both baby and parents. They are focused on helping the parents get much-needed rest and are comfortable establishing a healthy, consistent sleep routine while providing attentive overnight care. Someone with a passion for gently educating and guiding first-time parents. Experience with Montessori baby care principles is a plus.

Note: The family has a short-haired cat in the home.
