Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a live-out, full-time nanny in Shaker Heights to care for an infant with strong newborn experience. You will maintain feeding and nap schedules, tummy time, and development-focused play in a calm, pet-free home.

The role offers a consistent year-round schedule, 45 hours per week, with benefits and supportive references. CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Strong newborn and infant care experience.
• At least one reference speaks to newborn care.
• 3–5 professional references required.
• CPR and First Aid certification current.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, sole-charge care for an infant.
• Manage feeding, nap routines, and developmental play.
• Facilitate tummy time and age-appropriate activities.
• Daily stroller walks with the baby.
• Prepare bottles and infant meals as needed.
• Do baby-related laundry and tidying of child spaces.
