The Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing the overall organization’s business by acquiring new customers and partners. This role aims for the organization’s growth in terms of revenue and headcount. At the same time, customer satisfaction shall be maintained at all times, by building and preserving strategic trust and focusing on long-term value.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software outsourcing business development (Sales, Business Development Management, etc.);
- 1+ years of experience in US healthcare;
- Proven experience in managing relationships with various partners and stakeholders;
- Excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Preferred physical location:
- US East Coast, near a Healthcare tech hub or with the ability to travel for business trips.
Main Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new customers: Setup and drive marketing/lead generation campaigns according to the business development plan agreed upon in advance; drive pre-sales, engagement, close the deal processes;
- Enable further development of targeted accounts: Understand customer’s business, analyze data, and recognize trends to propose the best possible technical and business solutions to the customer based on our experience; help to execute long-term business goals and stay ahead of competitors; analyze existing and anticipated customer requirements, promote new business opportunities, and consideration of company services to fill such requirements; ensure customers clearly understand the “value add” of Abto services, processes, and technical expertise in providing complete solutions to meet current and future business needs;
- Represent the organization as the prime business contact: Establish and maintain an effective contact chain, and extend our network within the client; interact with senior external personnel on significant technical and commercial matters often requiring coordination between departments and organizations; maintain a close working relationship with key client executives and managers to understand delivery issues, address concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction; accurately communicate Abto share risks and opportunities to each assigned customer;
- In cooperation with the DM/PM improve continuously the quality of our services: Review regularly our services with the clients; aid and drive performance and retention using relevant competency framework and KPIs; apply own expertise to innovate processes, services, and solutions;
- Drive revenue: Define sales and growth strategy toward targeted accounts while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
