We are hiring a Stock Specialist for our store in New York. This role will support the Stock Manager in ensuring the stockroom is always organized and in optimal condition.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Management and control of the store's stockroom, including:
• Reception and allocation of stock.
• Order management: shipments, transfers, and returns.
• Store stock control.
• Prepare and perform periodic inventories following Group Policies.
• Control and verify gowns and accessories received from HQ, ensuring timely receipt and compliance with quality standards.
• Support the Alterations team in managing alteration PO's and perform administrative tasks to ensure the stockroom functions correctly.

Requirements

We seek candidates with proven experience managing store stockrooms within premium or luxury fashion segments. Knowledge of bridal or occasionwear industries is a plus.

It is essential that you are a positive, customer-focused individual, results-oriented, a strong team player, and a great problem solver.

Excellent communication skills are required, and knowledge of multiple languages will be positively valued.
