1000heads is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead influencer strategy and relationships for tech and telecom clients. You will collaborate with Accounts, Strategy, Creative, and Insights to deliver social-first campaigns.

This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in the office, with residency in one of our US locations (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami). A strong background in influencer marketing and content activation is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in influencer management or related roles.
• Experience handling campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Strong multi-project prioritization and client-facing skills.
• Hybrid work setup; must reside near US office locations (NY, LA, Chicago, Miami).

Job description

The 1000heads Relationships team is a proud, powerful collective of social media obsessives and experts in managing influencer and creator relationships.

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in leading influencer strategy and relationship management across tech and telecom clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Accounts, Strategy, Creative, and Insights to deliver high-impact, social-first campaigns.

This role requires a strong background in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and campaign execution, with the ability to manage relationships at scale while ensuring cultural relevance and authenticity.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer strategy across campaigns, including profiling, creator selection, and engagement approach
• Identify, vet, and build strong, authentic relationships with influencers and creators across platforms
• Oversee briefing, content development, and approvals to ensure alignment with client objectives
• Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content production, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead event and activation planning, including creator participation, logistics, and on-site execution where required
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, on brief, and to a high standard
• Maintain accurate reporting, including performance tracking and campaign analysis
• Ensure all third-party costs are approved and managed within budgetManage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

• This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in office required. You must reside in one of our US office locations and be within a commutable distance to the office: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami.
• 4 - 6 years account handling or influencer management experience required
• Agency or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the influencer and creator landscape across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Social Platform & Creator Tool proficiency (e.g., CreatorIQ)
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of complex information with a problem-solving approach
• Results-focused with a tenacious approach to delivery, quality of output and organization are key to this role
• Ability to work calmly, efficiently and professionally under pressure
• Ability to interact with people at all levels, demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills

Salary Range

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum
