Winston & Strawn LLP's New York office is seeking a corporate associate to join our private equity and mergers and acquisitions group. Candidates should have at least three years of M&A and/or private equity transactional experience in the corporate department of a top-tier law firm.

Ideal candidates will have experience representing financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in leveraged buyouts, growth equity and minority investments, and related strategic transactions.
