Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Hotel Manager for a luxury, on-site property in New York. You will lead the Rooms Division and drive guest satisfaction, associate development, service quality, and operational efficiency while supporting profitability, budgeting, staffing, and compliance with Crescent standards.

The role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of upscale hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge and Guest Services, with effective communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in full service upscale hotels is required.
• Minimum 3 years of senior Operations leadership experience within a New York luxury hotel is required.
• Knowledge of all hotel operations including Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Rooms Division and guest services to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and staffing for Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge and Guest Services.
• Coach and develop department leaders; set policies and carry out work programs.
• Resolve guest issues with effective problem-solving and service recovery measures.
• Ensure adherence to Crescent standards and drive profitability and operational excellence.
