Job Opportunity: Associate in Labor and Employment Practice

We are seeking a junior or midlevel associate with 2 to 5 years of large law firm experience to join our labor and employment practice in our New York office.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in employment law or complex commercial litigation, including single and/or multi-plaintiff cases in federal and state courts and arbitration.
  • Experience handling wage and hour, discrimination, and class-action lawsuits.
  • Proficiency in briefing motions and managing ESI discovery.
  • Active New York Bar membership is required.

Additional Information:

Salary Range: For positions in New York, the salary wage range is $225,000 to $435,000. The final salary will be determined during the interview process based on experience, expertise, and other factors. Compensation may include additional benefits such as medical, financial, paid time off, and 401(k).
