The Eve shift pays $700 base plus $12.30/hour; New Year29s Day adds 15% gratuity (about $150) plus $12.30/hour, and a $100 bonus if you work both days. A casino environment emphasizes guest service and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet server experience required.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Strong people skills and a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able to obtain a Casino Registration License upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Performs all service and tasks as directed.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
