Job summary

AirOps is scaling its full-stack AI Search offering for brands, and we seek a Lead Product Manager for New Verticals to own the build from the inside. You’ll be effectively a founder-in-residence with AirOps behind you, exploring untapped channels, running quant-heavy experiments, and formulating hypotheses on where to invest next.

You’ll navigate ambiguity, co-build with top customers, and transform early signals into AirOps’ next core product lines, in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Founder experience or led 0-to-1 growth in a hyper-growth company.
• Strong quantitative background with data-heavy products and analytics.
• Ability to form hypotheses and run rapid tests with incomplete data.
• Exceptional prioritization balancing customer needs with growth impact.
• Executive presence to engage with buyers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own 0-to-1 channel and product incubation, identifying new growth opportunities.
• Lead data-driven experimentation to evaluate activation, adoption, and expansion potential.
• Build core analytics foundations: funnels, metrics, dashboards.
• Turn validated experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks and business cases.
• Partner with marketing, Growth, Data, Product, and Sales to translate edge-case feedback into bets.
