Job summary

Berger Chevrolet is seeking a New Sales Inventory Administrator to help move new vehicle inventory from arrival to delivery. You will work closely with sales, finance, and service to keep records accurate and processes efficient.

The role is onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule and Saturday rotation. The position offers competitive hourly pay, opportunities for a monthly bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a supportive, award-winning team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with dealership software, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Able to operate a vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Order new vehicles from GM based on allocations and demand.
• Check in vehicles and create service repair orders.
• Support intake and return of vehicles to rental dept and maintain records.
• Set up OnStar and MyChevrolet apps for new owners.
• Log and process deals in dealer systems with complete documentation.
• Submit incentives and rebates via the GIVI system.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and post daily invoices.
• Follow up on CSI surveys and compile monthly performance reports.
• Ensure GM program compliance and inventory guidelines.
• Assist with sales-related tasks and other admin duties.
