We are looking for someone to join our team as a Delivery Specialist. The Delivery Specialist will be working with our sales department, helping complete the customer experience after vehicle purchase. Our ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, is great with technology, and has a knack for helping and teaching people. Previous customer service experience is a MUST. Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and techniques for helping customers learn the technology. Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional deliveries of new and certified pre-owned vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
