Job summary

Vestmark Advisory Solutions seeks a meticulous trader to execute trades for retail SMA, MSP, and Model Only/UMA accounts across proprietary and third-party manager models. You will manage the trade lifecycle from order generation to execution review and reconciliation, while supporting client servicing.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 1–3+ years in SMA/UMA or wealth management, with strong analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and keen attention to detail.

• Process model change requests and maintenance requests such as new accounts, cash flows, terminations, and tax harvests.
• Communicate model changes to sponsors within SLAs and perform controls to mitigate risk.
• Proactively identify opportunities for trading process improvements.
