Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $25.40/hr

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the floor, in seating areas, restrooms, and back offices.
• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members.
• Perform duties in accordance with store Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support store programs and initiatives, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Perform maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and support cleaning projects.
• Participate in ordering supplies and respond to cleaning emergencies.
• Maintain store landscaping and parking lot.
• Ensure timely attendance, grooming, and readiness for shifts.
• Report safety hazards immediately and perform other duties as assigned.

• Work in cold, wet environments, including temperatures below 32°F and above 90°F.
