Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $25.40/hr

Responsibilities

• Cut fruits and vegetables following safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensure product quality and proper preparation according to WFM guidelines.
• Maintain sampling program and cleanliness of the department.
• Arrive on time, groomed, dressed appropriately, and ready to work; attend scheduled shifts, trainings, and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs promptly, and model suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow and ensure compliance with safety, health, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe working environment.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties accurately, including signage and pricing.
• Report safety hazards immediately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

• Work with cleaning chemicals and in various temperatures.
• Work in wet/dry conditions and use tools/equipment including knives, pallet jacks, ladders.
