Base pay range

$16.50/hr - $30.20/hr

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members.
  • Works with Produce Trainer to train Team Members, building a high-performance team.
  • Assists in training of new Team Members using checklists and training materials.
  • Keeps all cases and shelves clean, stocked, and rotated.
  • Opens and closes the department following established procedures.
  • Ensures all necessary breaks are provided.
  • Communicates team concerns to leadership.
  • Maintains high standards of retail execution.
  • Encourages a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
  • Addresses customer needs and questions promptly.
  • Trains, mentors, and motivates Team Members to sustain high performance.
  • Provides performance evaluations.
  • Communicates WFM vision and goals effectively.

Experience

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.
  • Use hands for grasping, manipulating, pushing, pulling.
  • Perform bending, twisting, squatting, reaching.
  • Work with cleaning chemicals.
  • Temperatures: below 32°F, 32-40°F, above 90°F.
  • Work in wet and cold environments.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
  • Operate tools and heavy machinery.
