Job summary

Savers in Sparks, NV is seeking a Retail Sales Manager for a new location opening. The role oversees store operations, staffing, and customer/donor experiences, with accountability for performance and standards across the sales floor and donation areas.

You will lead a team, train supervisors, and drive merchandising and customer service excellence while ensuring safety and loss prevention. This position requires strong leadership and retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales floor supervision and retail management.
• Experience in a thrift/retail environment preferred.
• Strong math and analytical skills; ability to analyze metrics and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales floor operations and cash handling.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members.
• Plan staffing, recruit, and train staff for store opening and ongoing operations.
• Ensure merchandising standards and customer/donor experience meet Savers’ standards.
• Drive store performance toward financial targets and key metrics.
• Promote loss prevention and safety across the store.
