Wake and Late is looking for MANAGEMENT CANDIDATES for our newest location in WEST HOLLYWOOD (WeHo) as well as for our other locations (EXTERNAL MANAGEMENT CANDIDATE PIPELINE). We are obsessed with creating the best products (burritos, bagels, pastries, and beverages) and sourcing the best ingredients, with a focus on providing inspired service and maximum hospitality, always!

We are searching for a passionate, empathetic, and dynamic leader to inspire our teams by injecting energy, grace, and professionalism into all aspects of our restaurant. Our leaders are proactive about perfect product (food quality) and culture (service and hospitality). This will be a full-time role, with ideal morning working hours from 6am - 2pm and will own all hiring, discipline, training, education, and the continued growth and success of our shop level teams.

Our MANAGERS are responsible for overseeing all operations of the restaurant -- front (FOH) to back (BOH). Leadership will prioritize perfect food and maximum hospitality at all times. Their duties include inspiring and pushing service by leading by example hiring and training team members on all systems and policies, inspiring team members to go above and beyond, as well as basic administrative duties such as creating work schedules and addressing all guest feedback. They work closely with upper management to ensure their teams are staffed and trained in accordance with all Wake and Late company policies.

Wake and Late delivers an amazing product, friendly/energetic service and great value and speed in a comfortable space. As a MANAGER, you are responsible for embodying our goal of providing every guest with a truly memorable experience -- perfect food and maximum hospitality.

Our ideal Wake and Late MANAGEMENT CANDIDATE is committed to learning and mastering ALL BOH stations during their initial training before being considered for leadership. We expect our EXTERNAL MANAGEMENT CANDIDATE PIPELINE to take no less than 6 months of training before consideration for leadership / promotion to AGM/GM. We believe our MANAGERS are the ultimate mentors, always leading from the front and constantly developing all team members.
