Wake and Late is looking for a General Manager (GM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), or Kitchen Manager (KM) for our newest location in WEST HOLLYWOOD (WeHo), as well as other locations. We focus on creating the best products—burritos, bagels, pastries, and beverages—using the best ingredients, with an emphasis on inspired service and hospitality.

We seek a passionate, empathetic, and dynamic leader to inspire our teams with energy, grace, and professionalism. This is a full-time role, ideally with morning hours from 6am to 2pm, responsible for hiring, discipline, training, education, and the growth of our shop teams.

GMs, AGMs, and KMs oversee all restaurant operations, from front of house (FOH) to back of house (BOH). Their duties include hiring and training staff, inspiring team members to excel, scheduling, and handling guest feedback. They collaborate with upper management to ensure proper staffing and training according to company policies.
