GENERAL FUNCTION

The Licensed Target Store Manager leads a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, meeting all brand goals and commitments.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure Team Members deliver an outstanding guest experience by modeling and coaching store rules.
2. Help Team Members understand the importance of the Playground Rules and being Guest Ready.
3. Manage store floor flow and ensure care for guests and team members.
4. Develop clear action plans for team development and hold team accountable.
5. Provide timely feedback and conduct performance reviews.
6. Understand key success factors and identify areas for improvement.
7. Build professional relationships with optical doctors and Target Hosts to grow the business.
8. Recruit top talent and create schedules based on business trends and traffic.
9. Handle payroll, personnel paperwork, and store inventory.
10. Follow operating policies, ensure merchandising standards, and execute marketing programs.
11. Ensure sales transactions are accurate and strategies are utilized effectively.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Opticianary License or ABO Certification as required by state law
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or retail
• Critical thinking and talent development skills
• Selling and influencing skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
