Within the location assigned, the Line Team Member is responsible for greeting customers and fulfilling all orders with fast, accurate ticket times in accordance with proper portion control, guidelines, and procedures. The primary goal is to ensure each customer has a positive, enjoyable experience at Salsa Fresca.

Main Accountabilities:

• Assist guests in creating their meal and take pride in the meal prepared
• Maintain a clean and sanitary station at all times
• Ensure food tables are at proper temperatures and visually appealing
• Assist prep cook to meet par levels when needed
• Assist with opening and closing of the store
• Ensure quality control, portion control, and excellent customer service
