Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking a proactive Sourcer to own the top of funnel candidate lifecycle from initial contact through handoff to recruiters. You will actively identify passive talent using Boolean search, X-ray search, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem to build talent maps and always-on pipelines for future hiring needs.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, strong Boolean and X-ray search skills, and clear written communication with a consultative approach
