Job Summary
As an Inspire New Restaurant Training Manager (Non-Traditional), you will be a part of a fun, exciting culture that goes beyond training. Partnering with your OneInspire Brand colleagues, you will use your experience and expertise to deliver unique non-traditional curricula across all brands, support new franchisee onboarding, manage training scheduling, restaurant certification, support new restaurant openings, and national training initiatives. The role is integral to managing the operational efficiency of training and onboarding processes by overseeing critical aspects of the new franchisee training process within complex operating environments in non-traditional retail spaces.

Travel Required
Approximately 75-90% travel will be required to support the position’s responsibilities. This could include up to 5 nights away from home for training and weekend travel.
