PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE


***We pay Full-Time Crew Members $11.00+ based on experience***
Full-time employment is an average of 30 hours a week.
We are hiring for all positions for a new restaurant opening. We are looking for people with positive attitudes, who work well as part of a team, are accountable, believe in providing great guest service, and quality product.

Cashier/Order Taker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Guest Service: Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, answer questions about the menu, and provide assistance with orders. Address guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Cash Handling: Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift.
  • Order Management: Take dine-in and takeout orders via point-of-sale (POS) systems and confirm order accuracy before submitting to the kitchen.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items and promotions to answer guest inquiries and make suggestions.
Cook Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Order Management: Prepare quality food based on the guest's exact order while following all food safety standards.
  • Guest Service: Serve our guests' needs with a high sense of urgency and accuracy while following our Speed with Service standards.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a well-stocked, clean, hazard-free kitchen at all times.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items and promotions to answer guest inquiries and make suggestions.
Qualifications:

  • Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on restaurant’s needs
  • Ability to give and receive detailed information through oral communication
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station, dining area, and kitchen adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Must have a food handler’s permit.
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights
  • Able to work in a confined restaurant kitchen around fryers, grills, drink stations, shake machines, dishwashers
  • Must be able to work in a high-pressure, busy restaurant
  • Must be able to read orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
