An international health NGO is seeking a New Program Design/Development Advisor Consultant to enhance health programs. The role involves developing strategic proposals that align with funding opportunities in global health security, HIV/AIDS, and TB. Candidates should have a Master's degree in public health and a proven track record in health program design. Project HOPE seeks to expand its programming in global health security, HIV/AIDS, and tuberculosis (TB) in Africa, LAC and Asia. The organization intends to engage in strategic partnership and program design/development in response to upcoming funding opportunities from different donors and agencies.
We are seeking an experienced New Program Design/Development Advisor Consultant to support the design and development of strategically aligned program concepts and proposals that advance Project HOPE's mission in these critical health areas.
To develop competitive and compliant program designs and funding proposals that align with Project HOPE's strategic objectives in global health security, HIV, and TB, and to position the organization for success through a clear understanding of the funding landscape and programmatic approaches.
