• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering change control, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional New Product Transition programs from concept to ramp.
• Manage integrated schedules, milestones, risks, and launch deliverables.
• Drive manufacturability, cost, quality, reliability, and serviceability considerations early.
• Coordinate readiness activities including tooling, fixtures, and process validation.
• Facilitate engineering changes and align product structures, BOMs, and suppliers.
