AAA Mountain West Group seeks a New Product Specialist in California to drive sales and deliver outstanding service by effectively matching Members with AAA's product offerings.

You will engage customers, act as the SME for new products, and collaborate with branch teams to meet monthly goals. The role includes incentive plans that encourage performance in a sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in inside or outside sales preferred.
• Bonding and fingerprinting may be required.
• Current and valid driver's license with clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote cross sales, referrals, and branch promotions.
• Engage with customers to identify suitable product offerings.
• Act as subject matter expert for new product and bundle offerings.
• Communicate new products and value propositions to customers and teammates.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and follow up on leads by phone and email.
• Make outbound calls for lead generation and referrals with the branch team.
• Identify process improvements and support organizational goals.

Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.-Starting rates vary by region. Ranges start from $25.80 up to $30.75 hourly. This role is subject to an incentive plan that includes commissions. We expect most employees to earn between $0 - $15,000 in incentives annually, contingent on performance
