Job summary
CNH is seeking a Lead for New Product Quality in Digital Products (Offboard) located in Oak Brook, Illinois. The role leads cross-functional quality execution to ensure new programs meet customer expectations and launch readiness across Platform products.
The position requires a degree in engineering/technical field and 6+ years in quality for heavy equipment or digital products. Hybrid work is offered with competitive USD salary and annual bonus potential.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent certification in a Mechanical, Agricultural, Engineering, or Technical-related field.
- 6+ years of experience with heavy equipment and/or Digital Products, typically in a Quality Role, Product Engineering, or Validation.
Responsibilities
- Set program quality goals for each project that align with customer acceptance goals and ensuretheir compliance.
- Interface with Platform Quality in relation to digital product quality on Platform products for new launches.
- Define acceptance criteria for readiness for new product/features launches.
- Deliver teams on component and quality requirements for product launches: planning, executing,and approving.
- Own the PRB (Problem Resolution Board) and drive resolutions from the cross-functional teamwith a robust problem-solving approach.
- Review feature requirement documents with the cross-functional team, ensuring that currentproduct issues are resolved.
- Lead the early warning team to produce reliable solutions that minimize risk and downtime.

- Familiarity with CNH Quality metrics and associated support precision is highly regarded.
The annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
