CNH Industrial is seeking an on-site assembler in Racine, Wisconsin. You will assemble a wide variety of tractor components, working from SOPs, process sheets, and engineering specs to build complete units on-line and off-line. The role requires basic tool use and a minimum of six months in manufacturing.

Eligible candidates will join a team dedicated to quality and efficiency. A bonus may apply, with pay at 26.99 USD per hour, reflective of experience. This position is fully on-site in Racine.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble a wide variety of component parts to build a complete tractor, with on-line and off-line operations. - Work from SOPs, systematic check-off list, engineering specifications, process sheets, and method sheets. - Apply, align, attach, insert, and fasten various commodities, components, parts, sub-assemblies in required order and sequence. - Make adjustments as necessary as unit progresses down assembly line. - Report defective parts, improper function, or other quality issues to proper authority. - Visually check parts and entire assemblies for completeness, function, operation, and appearance, make adjustments and/or repairs as necessary. - Record defects into computer. - Take place of employees when absent, and perform various other duties when necessary. - Perform other related or similar duties as required.

Experience Required

At least 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge and understanding and use of hand or power tools.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $26.99 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
