Job summary

Honda is seeking a dedicated quality leader to drive New Model Quality from concept through mass production. You will manage quality plans (SAP, OQ Flow, HAB, MMC Q), coordinate across departments and suppliers, and analyze project evaluations to ensure quality targets are met.

You will review drawings, collaborate with product design, and support on-site build activities while enhancing standard processes with new technologies.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related experience in Quality.
• 5-8 years of relevant expertise in quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CATIA, and drawing interpretation.
• Familiar with Honda systems: IMS, CRF, SAP, AHEAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Model Quality introduction from concept to mass production, ensuring quality targets are met.
• Manage quality plans and coordinate activities across departments and suppliers.
• Analyze project evaluations and negotiate control points linked to specifications and process standards.
• Review drawings and collaborate with product design to support on-site build activities.
• Enhance standard processes considering new technologies and foster team development through training and mentoring.
