• Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute new product development from concept through production.
• Test, validate, and implement new products meeting customer requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and customer teams across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate prototype builds, pilot runs, and production launches for new programs.
• Support design revisions and process improvements through engineering change management.
• Work with manufacturing to ensure efficient and consistent production.
