Responsibilities include:

• Preparing meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
• Cooking meals using various methods such as steaming, grilling, boiling, baking, or frying.
• Checking ingredients for freshness and arranging and garnishing dishes.
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper maintenance of the kitchen and equipment.
• Assisting and inspiring kitchen staff in collaboration with the restaurant manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service and food preparation.
• Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and health codes.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and grinders.
