Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
• Cook meals using various methods such as steaming, grilling, boiling, baking, or frying.
• Check ingredients for freshness and ensure proper presentation and garnishing of dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of kitchen and equipment.
• Assist and inspire kitchen staff in collaboration with the restaurant manager.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet time constraints.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hot and cold food preparation, with prior related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and health regulations.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors.
